We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PrimeBloom products. You may request a refund within 30 days of the original delivery date, whether the product is opened or unopened, used or unused. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be eligible.

Return Eligibility

The following items are eligible for return and refund:

  • One-time bundle purchases
  • Subscription orders (each individual monthly shipment is eligible within 30 days of its delivery date)

Free promotional items, gift-with-purchase items, and digital products are non-refundable.

Free Returns

All returns are free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at help@try-primebloom.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item using its original packaging when possible, including accessories and inserts.
  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label we provide.
  4. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges from the original order, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing cycles but does not automatically refund charges already processed. To request a refund for a recent subscription charge, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date using any of the contact methods listed below. Subscription refund requests are processed under the same 30-day money-back guarantee as one-time purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be subject to return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing or product concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Our support team responds to refund requests promptly and is committed to resolving issues fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution of your issue.
